This is soooo funny!! Miah made us hot chocolate one night (its a family favorite) and his was too hot to hold, so he used a hot pad.....too funny!!

Well..it has been a long time since I last posted anything and I promise that I am going to get better. Miah and I have been so busy, working and playing!! Work hard and play hard, right? it was a busy February for us...My oldest niece Taylor tore her ACL and had to have surgery. Without her playing, her basketball team from Bethel was unable to advance to state this year....but that's ok. she will be back next year better than ever with a new little side kick, named McKenzie. McKenzie will be a freshman next year and it is going to be so exciting to watch her Taylor play together. Miah and I have been very busy the last month...we bought new wood blinds for the house and hung them (well "we" didn't...Miah and my dad did)..we have been hanging out with nieces and nephews a lot!! Miah just celebrated his 31st bday on Sunday and he had a great bday!!I bought his a new blue Dell laptop so he could play on the computer. He is a new member to facebook and I am hoping to start a hunting blog for him this hunting season so the new computer will come in handy. His mom made fried chicken and mashed potatoes and I know that was Miah's favorite part about his bday!! My mom is cooking dinner for him and my sister-in-law, Leslie birthday on Wednesday and I will post pics from that dinner on Thursday. Here are a couple of pics from the last few months...enjoy!!

Its official the snow break is over...... :( We went sledding today out at the farm with Jeremiah, Danielle, Wendell, Ellie, Breanna, Margaret and even Uncle Jim got ont he sled. We had an absolute BLAST!!!!!! Miah threw me off the sled but it was sooooo much fun. Here are a few pictures of our fun filled day and also some pics of Taylor and Austin and Mac playing the Wii on Saturday. Saturday was spent hanign with the kids and then we went over to my mom's and ate and watched movies. Enjoy the pics!!!!!

Ice Storm 2010!!!

Well ...we were have been snowed in now for about three days. (not really snowed in because Miah can drive juts about anywhere), but all the schools and businesses have been closed. So after a couple days of being snowed in, Miah and I got up Friday and went and had breakfast at IHOP and then went over to see Leslie and the kids at Moms. (jeff and les don't have electric). We took all the kids to eat at Abuelita's and then went and rented movies and bought Wii Resort. Wii resort was the soooooo much fun!!!!!! WE played it all night until about 2 in the morning. Below are a few pictures of the kids playing Basketball and Sword fighting. It was hysterical to watch and Austin beat all of us badly at sword fighting!!
